Ajanda – Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet

Ajanda; not, plan ve görev yönetimi sunan bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Abonelik, ücretsiz deneme ve ödeme

• Ajanda indirmesi ücretsizdir; kullanım için aylık otomatik yenilenen abonelik gerekir.
• Aboneliğe ilk kez başlayan kullanıcılara 1 ay ücretsiz deneme sunulur (mağaza deneme hakkınız varsa). Deneme bittiğinde abonelik, mağazada görünen ücretle (yaklaşık ayda 29,99 TL; vergiler dahil olabilir, güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir) otomatik başlar ve her ay yenilenir.
• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Google Play veya Apple App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Ödeme bilgilerinize erişmeyiz.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. İptal ve yönetim: Android'de Play Store > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler; iOS'ta Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler. Aboneliği silmek ya da uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez.
• Ücretsiz deneme sırasında iptal ederseniz ücret alınmaz. İadeler, ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir ve mağaza tarafından yönetilir.
• Abonelik uygulama üzerinden (Android/iOS) satın alınır; aynı hesapla web sürümü de açılır.

3. Hesap ve içerik

Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Yazdığınız notlar, planlar ve görevler size aittir; biz bunlara yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için erişiriz. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulamadaki "Hesabı sil" düğmesiyle istediğiniz an kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde veya sistemin işleyişini bozacak biçimde kullanamazsınız.

5. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk

Hizmeti özenle sunarız ancak kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Önemli verilerinizi uygulamadaki yedek özelliğiyle düzenli olarak yedeklemenizi öneririz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

6. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Bu koşulları ve fiyatları makul bir bildirimle değiştirebiliriz; fiyat değişiklikleri mağaza kuralları çerçevesinde sizin onayınızla geçerli olur. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

1. The service

Agenda is an app for managing notes, plans and tasks. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Subscription, free trial and payment

• Agenda is free to download; using it requires a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• New subscribers get a 1-month free trial (if eligible in your store). When the trial ends the subscription starts automatically at the price shown in the store (about TRY 29.99 per month; taxes may apply, the current price is shown on the purchase screen) and renews every month.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your payment details.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel: on Android via Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; on iOS via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged. Refunds follow the relevant store's policy and are handled by the store.
• The subscription is purchased in the app (Android/iOS); the same account also unlocks the web version.

3. Account and content

You are responsible for your account's security. Your notes, plans and tasks belong to you; we access them only to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time with the "Delete account" button in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, in a way that infringes others' rights, or in a way that disrupts the system.

5. Availability and liability

We provide the service with care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend backing up important data regularly with the in-app backup feature. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms and prices with reasonable notice; price changes take effect with your consent under store rules. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
