Kim olduğumuz

Ajanda; not, plan ve görev yönetimi için kişisel bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı Okul Pusula geliştiricisi işletir (iletişim: ufukcienne@windowslive.com).

Hangi verileri topluyoruz

• E-posta adresi ve şifre: hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmak için. Şifreniz Google Firebase Authentication tarafından şifrelenmiş biçimde saklanır; biz göremeyiz.
• Yazdığınız içerik: notlarınız, günlük/haftalık/aylık/yıllık planlarınız, "nasıl yapılır" sayfalarınız, görevleriniz, sekme adları ve hatırlatma zamanları. Cihazlar arasında senkronizasyon için Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) üzerinde saklanır.
• Abonelik bilgisi: aboneliğin var mı, ne zaman bitiyor ve deneme durumu (hesap kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmiş). Kart veya ödeme bilgilerine erişmeyiz; ödeme Google Play / Apple App Store tarafından alınır.

Reklam, izleme (takip), analiz ya da konum verisi toplamıyoruz. Verilerinizi satmıyor ve reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

• Notlarınızı ve planlarınızı size göstermek ve cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek için.
• Hatırlatma e-postaları: bir nota hatırlatma eklerseniz, belirlediğiniz zamanda hesabınızın e-posta adresine tek bir hatırlatma e-postası (not başlığı ve zamanı) gönderilir. Bu e-posta sunucumuz üzerinden Gmail SMTP ile gönderilir.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Google Firebase (Authentication ve Cloud Firestore): hesap ve veri saklama.
• Google Gmail SMTP: hatırlatma e-postalarının iletilmesi.
• Google Play ve Apple App Store: abonelik ödemesi. RevenueCat: mağaza aboneliklerinin doğrulanması ve durumunun takibi (hesap kimliği ve abonelik durumu paylaşılır).
• Kendi sunucumuz: web sayfalarının yayınlanması ve hatırlatmaların zamanlanması.

Saklama ve silme

Verileriniz hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Uygulamada alttaki çubukta "Hesabı sil" düğmesiyle hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz an, kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak da silme talep edebilirsiniz.

Güvenlik

Veriler aktarım sırasında HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Erişim, Firebase kimlik doğrulaması ve güvenlik kurallarıyla yalnızca hesap sahibine açıktır.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

Haklarınız ve iletişim

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakkınız vardır (KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında). Talepleriniz için: ufukcienne@windowslive.com. Bu politikada değişiklik olursa bu sayfa güncellenir.

Who we are

Agenda is a personal app for notes, plans and tasks. It is operated by the Okul Pusula developer (contact: ufukcienne@windowslive.com).

What data we collect

• E-mail address and password: to create your account and sign in. Your password is stored in hashed form by Google Firebase Authentication; we cannot see it.
• Content you write: your notes, daily/weekly/monthly/annual plans, "how-to" pages, tasks, tab names and reminder times. It is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to sync across your devices.
• Subscription status: whether you have a subscription, when it ends and trial status (linked to your account ID). We never see your card or payment details; payment is handled by Google Play / Apple App Store.

We do not collect advertising data, tracking data, analytics or location data. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How we use data

• To show your notes and plans and sync them between your devices.
• Reminder e-mails: if you add a reminder to a note, a single reminder e-mail (note title and time) is sent to your account e-mail at the chosen time. It is sent from our server via Gmail SMTP.

Service providers

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore): account and data storage.
• Google Gmail SMTP: delivering reminder e-mails.
• Google Play and Apple App Store: subscription payments. RevenueCat: verifying and tracking store subscriptions (your account ID and subscription status are shared).
• Our own server: hosting the web pages and scheduling reminders.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time using the "Delete account" button in the bottom bar of the app. Deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app you can also request deletion by e-mailing the address above.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to the account owner through Firebase authentication and security rules.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights and contact

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data (under GDPR and Turkish KVKK). Contact: ufukcienne@windowslive.com. If this policy changes, this page will be updated.
